Eating in a Hurry? Add this to your order
If you’ve got about 5 minutes to eat at a sit-down restaurant and escape to meet someone, then you might think it’s an almost impossible task.
But one neat little trick to speed up your meal is to simply order the check with your food.
Not only does this mean when the food comes out, you can leave as soon as you’ve eaten, but it also helps the server know that you might be a in a little bit of a hurry.
Just don’t forget to be polite as you do it, and tip if they accommodate your need for speed.

Can Hot Yoga Burn Calories?
Yoga is a great way of keeping your muscles loose and your body in good health. In recent times there’s been a growing number of places that offer Bikram Yoga or ‘Hot yoga’ sessions.
The concept is pretty simple, you’ll burn more calories in a yoga session and also increase circulation and sweat out any impurities. The room you do the yoga poses in would heat up to a massive 100f.
And while there are people are sceptical about it, it’s safe to say that hot yoga does burn extra calories. Just not as many as some people might think.
