Study your CV and know it well. They will quiz you on it and you’ll look a fool when you meet their question with a blank stare.
Know the job description of the position you are applying for and make sure you have a wealth of experiences you can draw on to demonstrate that time when you were faced with a dilemma/displayed a weakness/had to work as a team.
