Restaurant Gordon Ramsay

In 1998 at the age of 31, Gordon set up his first wholly owned restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, in Chelsea. Combining an intimate ambience with exquisite French cuisine. By 2001 the restaurant had gained three Michelin stars, which the establishment retains today.

In 2007, Clare Smyth MBE, was appointed to the position of Chef Patron, becoming the only female chef in the UK to hold a three Michelin star accolade.

In 2015, Matt Abé was appointed Chef de Cuisine and now leads the team. Matt upholds the history of the restaurant by maintaining the constant pursuit of perfection in every aspect of the job.

This intimate restaurant seats 45 guests. Surrounded by the stylish interiors designed by Fabled Studio, combining contemporary elegance and unparalleled service, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay has the hallmark of true excellence.

The restaurant is overseen by our Restaurant Manager,  Jordi Albacar, who has joined us directly from The Waterside Inn, Bray, after working his way up to Maitre d’Hotel over the last 6 years. He and his team of passionate front-of-house staff and sommeliers strive to give a service we call ‘relaxed professionalism’ and brings his expertise to Nottingham.

The largest table available is for six guests, with each day’s seating plan determined on the day.

Together with the conservatory area the restaurant seats up to 44 guests.

We can accommodate food intolerances and allergies providing that these are mentioned at time of booking.

Pollen Street Social

Jason Atherton started out working alongside great chefs including Pierre Koffmann, Marco Pierre White, Nico Ladenis and Ferran Adria at el Bulli, before joining the Gordon Ramsay Holdings in 2001 and launching ‘Maze’, first in London and then another five globally.

His flagship restaurant ‘Pollen Street Social’ opened in April 2011 in Mayfair and was awarded a Michelin star within just six months of opening, alongside 5 AA Rosettes and no.4 in The Good Food Guide’s best UK restaurants.

Since then, Jason’s The Social Company has grown into a global restaurant group, including Michelin-starred Social Eating House, Little Social, Berners Tavern – named ‘the defining restaurant of the decade’, Michelin-starred City Social and Social Wine & Tapas in Marylebone. Alongside his London restaurants, Jason has opened critically acclaimed restaurants in Hong Kong, Shanghai, New York and Dubai. Projects in 2016 have included Kensington Street Social within The Old Clare Hotel in Sydney, Sosharu, a Japanese izakaya-style restaurant and bar in Clerkenwell; The Pig & Palm, a tapas restaurant in Cebu, The Philippines and Temple and Sons in the City of London. Most recently, he opened Hai Cenato, a NYC-Italian restaurant in Victoria. Jason was recently awarded Best Restaurateur in the GQ Food & Drink Awards 2016.

Jason is married to Irha Atherton who works alongside him as co-director at The Social Company. Irha also runs the head office in Soho, London. Jason and Irha have two daughters and the family live in South West London.

Restaurant Nathan Outlaw is situated at the top of Port Isaac overlooking the rugged Cornish coastline. Exclusively serving a seafood tasting menu we aim to highlight the finest sustainable seafood caught off the Cornish coast by small day boats. It’s Nathan’s simple and honest approach to seafood cookery coupled with the respect given to every tail and scale that enters our kitchen that provides a truly memorable dining experience.

Our first floor dining room is small and intimate, accommodating parties of up to 6 guests. Our Kitchen Bar, downstairs overlooks the action, and is suitable for up to 8 guests as individual bookings or as one large group.
